I understand that if there is anything that would normally prohibit me from obtaining a transcript (e.g. a hold on my account, or a past due bursar's bill), UMass Lowell's Online and Professional Studies Admissions Office will not resolve the issue and will be unable to obtain my transcript. I am responsible for resolving the issue and notifying UMass Lowell's Online and Professional Studies Admissions Office when my transcript is made available. If my prior school does not allow UMass Lowell to obtain my transcripts, I am responsible for acquiring my transcripts and sending them to UMass Lowell.
